Peter,
I checked out what you have posted – very interesting! I would have hated to see what the statistics would have said if I had been the one riding though. (Ha Ha), but I did ride the track last weekend and it is great with a lot of bits I have been having difficulty with cleaned up so well that even I can get through it now. The track fairies have been doing an unreal job. Hope the weather is kind to us until our event in September is over.

Thanks everyone, but it has been a team effort with input from a large number of people. Also those who have been there to help out, without you guys we would still be riding the one track.
However there is still some work to be done. As per usual Pip and myself will be out at the track all weekend. There are a couple of touch ups still to be done and it would be great to get a few helping hands. You don't have to stay all day (but that would great if you could) and you don't have to be experienced.
By working on the track it gives you a sense of pride in both the track and the club.
So anyone who is keen just let me know (so I can plan a couple of things) on
0432 853 403.

I attended the open day on Sunday and was truly amazed at how wonderful the track was. The work put in has obviously been tireless! Congratulations to everyone who has been involved in this process you should be very proud of your efforts and I hope they are rewarded by a wonderful weekend of racing in September.
The only thing the track needs is people to ride it to bed it down.
Well Done!!!!!!!!!!

On Sunday just past the course for the four hour segment of the MAD Rush was marked out. Sorry it took a little longer than I had planned on the day, I hope no-one was inconvenienced. It will stay marked and ribboned for the next two weeks. Then I will change the ribbons to the course for the Sunday morning three hour MAD Rush segment. This will stay up until the week before the race weekend, they will then be changed back again to the 4 hour loop.
The Start/Finish area for both races will be down in the main parade field on race day, but anyone wanting to ride it now can start from the Humpy. I will have a map of the course up on the notice board by the weekend and some photo copies of the course available.
There are a couple of small sections that are to be completed for the 3 hour loop over the next couple of weekends. So anyone wanting to give Pip and myself a hand are more than welcome. Just leave a post here or give me a call if you are interested.
So the next thing to do is ride it, learn it and have fun.
