How to join the website / forum

To become a member of the MAD forum community you will need to send me an email (can use “contact us” or standard email) with the following information so that your user ID can be raised.  I will raise your account and you can then customise yourself:

First Name:

Last Name:

Email Address:

Password:

NOTE:  If anyone has used the “contact us” section, there has been a slight glitch so no emails have beed received to this point in time.
